If any product supplied by IsaKiel Energy develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will replace it with an equivalent unit within 48 hours of confirmation — at no additional cost to you. Your project keeps moving.
The process is simple by design — because when equipment fails, you don't have time for bureaucracy.
Contact our warranty team by phone, WhatsApp, or email with the product model, serial number, and a description of the fault. We recommend including a short video or photo where possible. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business hours.
Our technical team will review the information provided and confirm whether the fault is warranty-eligible. For most common failure modes, confirmation is immediate. For complex cases, we may request a short call or additional evidence.
Once confirmed, a replacement unit is dispatched from our stock within hours. You'll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery time. For Lagos-based installers, same-day delivery is often possible.
The faulty unit is collected by our logistics team at the point of delivery — no need for you to arrange your own return shipment. We handle the manufacturer claim process on your behalf.
With the replacement in hand, your project continues. We follow up to confirm successful installation of the replacement and that the fault has been fully resolved.

We ask for a description of the fault and ideally a photo or short video. Our technical team assesses the evidence. In ambiguous cases, we may send a technician to inspect. We give installers the benefit of the doubt in most cases — we're here to support you, not penalise you.
In the rare event the same model isn't available, we will offer an equivalent or upgraded model at no additional cost. We maintain buffer stock specifically to prevent this from happening.
Manufacturing defects in BOS accessories are covered if reported within 30 days of delivery. Cables cut to order, consumables, and accessories that show signs of physical mishandling are not covered.
